about

This collection of songs was originally planned out to be a concept album about the ocean or nature but fell flat on its face.

It just didn't make any sense.

But we had a plan. This time we'd spend tons of money on a press agent and see if it was worth it. Here are a couple of the most pretentious reviews.

"An unabashedly egotistical romp through fleshy pleasure domes with staccato silver linings high below azure clouds soaked in tendrils of peachfuzz, flickering in infinite silences framed by the frigid necessity of a senseless tomorrow that only seems to pretend to engulf a seismic distortion of paradoxes glazed in all its octopuddle buoyancy."

< Contemporary Concussions. Vol. 3 Edifying Ed. 23.7 (2002) 66-69
(edit)>

"A heady combination of confluences brilliantly combusted into a formulated spontaneity that embraces contradictions among other special things."

>The New End Times: Massification: The Larval Stages<

Anthropomorphic songcycles are developed only to be abandoned as so much petty fairground ideas teetering on the verge of profundity only to slip into the chasms of narcissism, the sense of the sea forever lost in the undulations of promise, lapping the sick of yesterdays confusion.

So be it!
