These recording were done in the evening on into the late night of March 7, 2009. The Kimball Swinger belonged to my girlfriend who decided she wanted to give it away for free because it was cluttering up space and possibly because she was jealous that I was having more fun with it than she ever could.

I was devastated. Within seconds of her posting it on craigslist, two guys were interested and eagerly set up an appointment to take it away the following day. This was my last evening with it so I fooled around with it one last time. I recorded live with the KS 400 straight through one side of an old cassette tape. A Memorex dbs 90 from the 80's, to be exact.

I did the overdubs live right after incorporating all the kitchen sounds at my disposal and repeated that until the 4 tracks were used up.
The next day I watched from my window as it was taken away forever. The relationship fizzled down the drain soon after.
