wrote this song way back in the 1980's and thought it was sentimental slop. found an old notebook from 94 where i rewrote the lyrics. now it sounded like a travelogue ditty for tourists. back in summer 2010 i killed the little jehovah in my head for just enough time to record the fucking thing. here it is, let's go for a fall drive to quabbin!
