Music based on a 13 page surrealistic short story starring a cat called Iscariot who gets beheaded in the opening paragraph on the orders of an Ubuesque caricature~Father Furious, whose plan is partially thwarted by a turbaned ruffian named Eon The Rough who scoops up the holy felines carcass and goes on the run with it. Father Furious, who reigns under the Dark Being Logos, calls all the kings horses and all the kings men to find the body and destroy Eon who finds refuge with a certain Miss Lucy Nation and then things get wet and wild--parallel dimensional warpings abound amongst octopuddle demons and slippery ladders to La-La-Land, etc...etc...
The author, Sydney Gildevil, wrote the story mostly by chance in various altered states, dictated from anaerobic chambers, automatically, sleep deprived, through medium channeling, acute opiate withdrawal, hallucinogenics, casting lots, cut-ups, etc...etc..., the usual nonsense.
The musical score centers around the track Re-Creation, 20 minutes of tape manipulations, loops, and oscillatory rigmarole used to describe Eon's death and rebirth and awakening to....well I don't want to spoil the ending.
